A VH1 Guy (or Girl) is one of those "famous" people from that network's list/retrospective shows whose name and face you never remember. Examples include Hal Sparks, Sherrod Small, Scott Ian, Alison Becker and the Sklar Brothers. These Z-listers are most often comedians, but run the gamut of actors/actresses, athletes, musicians, reality show contestants and entertainment writers. Sometimes they are even part of the subject matter of the show itself.
