When one individual, often a woman, completely outclasses another in a certain aspect, or in general with regards to physical attributes. Typically used in reference to their attractiveness, or physical traits, such as boob size, ass size, facial features, etc. To be "mogged" by someone is to be deemed their lesser in whatever regard is in question.
