Lady Gaga, a.k.a Stefani Angelina Joanette Germonatta is a 26-year-old singer, performance artist and songwriter. She learned how to play the piano by ear at the age of 4, made her first ballad at the age of 13, and began performing at Open Mike nights at the age of 14. After being signed to Kon Live Distribution, Streamline introduced Gaga to producers RedOne and Martin Kierszenbaum. Together, they produced many songs, most of which are in her 2008 release album, "The Fame". The album was an instant commercial success, and was nominated for Album of The Year. Despite controversy caused by Gaga's music videos for "Telephone" and "Alejandro", they made Gaga the first artist to gain one billion views on YouTube. In April of 2010, Gaga was named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people of the year. Gaga's second studio album and third major release Born This Way was released on May 23, 2011. Gaga has been entitled to fashion and artistry throughout her entire life, and when she became famous she decided to take advantage of her fame and made her love for eccentric fashion known to the world. In the Monster Ball, there are many different and eccentric forms of art and fashion within the stage, the dancers and the outfits. Lady Gaga is a nurturing, creative, and talented woman, whose music has saved the lives of many teenagers who have felt or currently feel how she felt as a teenager: insecure. She's amazing.
