Brilliantologist

Brilliantologist, noun, an individual, most often well read, who is so intelligent their head is full. Typically verbose, never wrong and has realized, at a young age, there isn't anything another human being can bring to a conversation which warrants listening to. Also inherent is their lack of listening skills and inability to NOT interrupt.
