Alek's can be smart but most of their achievements come from their hard work and tenacity. Alek's are often very ambitious and need to create room for rest so they can pursue what is most important. They are very discerning, wise, and humble, they can be a handful sometimes very fiery, their zealousness is often a pursuit of someone or something they love and if not handled correctly can become problematic.
