They are absent from reality and are often triggered by Super Bowl performances, Trans Women ( that give them arousal ), and virtually anything good for the USA such as healthcare for all or feeding kids lunches for free in school where they have to be by law. TDS does seem to effect some terminally online people that may have once identified as Bernie Bros but those are very rare cases. TDS used by the right wing voting base to describe Democrats and Liberals that are triggered by Trumps attempts at forming the 4th Reich in the USA is actually a secret acronym to describe the massive cult following of Trump's and the brain rot that comes with joining said cult
