As I sit here at my desk, I can't help but feel a sense of unease. There's so much going on in the world right now and it can be overwhelming trying to keep up with everything. Whether it's a quick walk around the block or a few yoga poses in my office, I find that taking care of my physical health can have a positive impact on my mental health as well. Another thing that helps me to feel calm and focused is setting goals for myself. Whether it's a big project at work or a personal goal like learning a new skill, having something to work towards gives me a sense of purpose and direction. Of course, it's important to remember that we can't do everything on our own. That's why it's important to have a support system in place. Whether it's friends, family, or a therapist, having someone to talk to can make all the difference when we're feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

Navy Quality Goods I bought this shirt to wear whilst i sail the seven seas with my sea cadet friends, i really like the design because i can walk around and everyone knows im a wannabe pirate. I also like the colour choice, i am able to use it as my stealth suit whilst we do our practice drills with spray painted nerf guns :) would buy again!

Orderd a large hoodie about two years ago and the print in still holding up. I recently order a XL just do to the fact that the original has shrunk a little. The new hoodie is made with thicker material and fits perfect. I recommend ordering one size up.

bro my dog started barking when I wore this hoodie, he started talking in spanish and was like "Aiiiiii te ves sexy ¿Puedo conseguir tu número?" and then he did the stanky leg before he packed his bags and got 3 tickets to bikini bottom. I asked him who the other 2 people were and he told me "nah i just tryna sleep". Had to respect the dog, he got that dog in him. but yeah the hoodie was warm
